A water-activated resin that foams and expands 5–20× to fill the full depth of a crack — even one that's actively leaking. It stays flexible, so it moves with your foundation through Alberta's freeze/thaw cycles instead of re-cracking.
A two-part resin that cures rigid and stronger than the surrounding concrete, effectively welding a crack back to full load-bearing strength.
Done from inside the basement: no excavation, no disturbing your landscaping, deck or driveway. It's faster and more affordable, and for most leaking cracks it's the right call. The honest caveat: it seals the crack, not any drainage problem behind it — so we only recommend it when that's genuinely the fix.
We excavate to the footing and rebuild the barrier from the water side: a flexible elastomeric membrane over the wall, a dimple drainage board, and clean weeping tile carrying water away. It costs more and takes longer, but when the cause is failed drainage or a serious, recurring leak, it fixes the source — not just the symptom.
